Personal data processing consent

By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting an enquiry, I give GRANO MARKET Limited Liability Company (INN 9725204456, address: Bldg. 9, 15 Malaya Kaluzhskaya St., Donskoy Municipal District, Moscow, 119071, Russia; the operator) specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of my personal data to answer my product and supply enquiry, to prove the fact and time of this consent and to protect the form against automated submissions. The consent is given by two actions of mine together — selecting the checkbox and submitting the form; the subject is the person who entered their name and contacts in the form, and the data I enter is about me. An enquiry cannot be answered without consent, while the other parts of the website remain available. The consent is given separately from other documents, does not grant advertising or analytics consent, and the checkbox is not selected in advance.

Data: name; phone; e-mail, if given; the request type and the chosen catalogue item; the optional supply details I enter (volume, frequency, delivery city, preferred date, comment); the page of submission, language, time of sending and consent version; the IP address in hashed form (a one-way transformation with the operator’s secret key); lookup keys of my enquiry (hashes of the phone and e-mail). I must not enter special categories of data or data of third parties.

Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use to respond, transfer to a processor, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated means and manually. Processors acting on the operator’s behalf: Yandex.Cloud LLC (INN 7704458262, OGRN 1187746678580, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., office 528, Moscow, 119021) and TimeWeb JSC (INN 7810353960, OGRN 1247800127112, Bldg. 22, block 2, lit. A, Zastavskaya St., Saint Petersburg, 196006), which store the data on the primary and reserve sites, make backup copies and (the former) send service e-mails. Access is limited to the operator’s authorised persons. No cross-border transfer takes place.

The consent is valid until the purpose is fulfilled, the consent is withdrawn or 365 days from receipt of the enquiry, whichever comes first. The processing procedure is described in the personal data privacy policy on the website.

Withdrawal is sent through the personal data requests page of the website, by e-mail to info@grano-market.ru or by post to Bldg. 9, 15 Malaya Kaluzhskaya St., Donskoy Municipal District, Moscow, 119071, Russia. Without another lawful basis processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 calendar days.

The purpose is to verify my identity, consider the request and answer it. Processors: Yandex.Cloud LLC (INN 7704458262, OGRN 1187746678580, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., office 528, Moscow, 119021) and TimeWeb JSC (INN 7810353960, OGRN 1247800127112, Bldg. 22, block 2, lit. A, Zastavskaya St., Saint Petersburg, 196006). The consent is separate, is not tied to advertising or analytics, and the checkbox is not selected in advance.

Document details are used only for comparison and are deleted when the request is closed. The record of the action and minimal request metadata without contact details are kept for 3 years. Consent can be withdrawn before the request is closed by e-mail to info@grano-market.ru; the request is then discontinued.
