From an idea to the first sample

Choose the material, evaluate a sample and agree the details. Give your idea a foundation for production.
From sample to lot
Material is chosen in use, not from a description: first the idea and the sample, then the details of the lot.

Start with an idea
What flavour, aroma or texture does your product need?
Describe what you make, which material you need, approximate volume and destination. For recurring purchases, include the frequency.
Try the material
Evaluate a sample in your roast or recipe.
Compare suitable products. Request the current specification, lot information and sample availability; evaluate the material in your recipe or roast.
Agree the details
Your selected lot, material format and purchasing terms.
Before confirming procurement, agree on the lot, minimum volume, price, payment, documentation and delivery arrangements. A website enquiry does not itself place an order.
Begin the work
Receive the agreed material for your production.
Confirm the destination, recipient, timing and transport requirements. On receipt, compare labelling, packaging, quantity and documents with the agreed supply.
What we agree before purchase
Every lot is individual, so terms are confirmed for the chosen material, volume and enquiry date.
Availability and price
Confirmed for the particular lot and enquiry date. The website market chart is not a price list.
Minimum volume
Confirmed for the product and packaging. A pack size in the catalogue does not establish a minimum order.
Samples
Availability, quantity, cost and transfer arrangements are agreed separately. Free samples are not promised.
Payment
Payment arrangements and timing are set in the agreed commercial documents. The website does not process online payments.
Delivery
Destinations, carrier, costs and timing require confirmation. Venezuela on the map indicates raw material origin, not the dispatch location.
Documents
Before purchase, confirm the specification and document set for the selected product.
Where the conversation begins
